Steven M. Levine

Steven Levine has more than 33 years of experience as a civil trial attorney in both state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has extensive appellate experience, briefing cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and arguing before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the D.C., First, Second, Third and Fourth Circuits, as well as the District of Columbia and Maryland Courts of Appeal. Mr. Levine has specialized in civil litigation defense, handling complex cases involving negligence, contract, employment litigation, insurance coverage, intentional torts and product liability.

Michael J. Carita 

Michael Carita has over 25 years of experience as a civil litigator. He is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, and has regularly appeared in courts in all regions of Virginia. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble, and has experience in contract and personal injury litigation, commercial liability cases, premises liability cases, and employment discrimination claims. He has ample appellate experience, briefing and/or making oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Virginia Supreme Court. Mr. Carita is also a Member of the Bar of New Jersey.

Jeremy Tishler

Jeremy Tishler has over 18 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer representing defendants in both state and federal court. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Tishler has experience in personal injury, product liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, intentional torts, negligence, commercial disputes and other civil matters. He attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and practiced in New York City for several years before moving to Virginia.
